When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. Health-related information you choose to share is treated as sensitive data under Art. 9 GDPR and receives the highest level of protection.
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or carry out a treatment or coaching contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), or based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Data is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
Psychotherapy appointments are booked via Doctolib, an external appointment platform. When you book via Doctolib, your data is processed by Doctolib under its own privacy policy and a data processing agreement in line with Art. 28 GDPR. Coaching and event bookings are handled by our payment/booking providers; their respective privacy policies apply to those transactions.
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS/TLS. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers — including contact form submissions — is encrypted in transit. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and deleted after a short retention period.
Enquiry data is deleted once your matter has been conclusively resolved, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial or tax law) require longer storage. Therapy documentation is retained for 10 years as required by German professional law.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
We update this policy as needed to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always available on this page.
